Living
Faith
We gather for worship, prayer, and Christian formation as we seek to deepen our relationship with God and grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Growing Community
Christ Episcopal Church is a place where relationships matter. Through fellowship, shared learning, and pastoral care, we nurture and encourage a community where people support one another
and walk together through all the seasons of life.
Serving Others
Our faith calls us beyond our campus. Through outreach ministries and volunteer efforts,
we work together to care for our neighbors and share Christ’s love
in tangible ways.
At Christ Episcopal Church we help people achieve meaning, fulfillment and joy through good works
in service to God, each other, and our surrounding community.
These commitments shape everything we do.

"And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."
Hebrews 13:16
Our Episcopal Tradition
Christ Episcopal Church is part of the Diocese of Virginia and is a member of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Our tradition values scripture, thoughtful reflection, and worship that connects us with Christians across generations.
Episcopal worship follows the historic patterns of Christian prayer found in the Book of Common Prayer. Our services bring together scripture, prayer, music, and Holy Communion in a way that is both rooted in tradition and meaningful for today.
We seek to live our faith with humility, compassion, and respect for the dignity of every person. Questions are welcome; we believe that faith grows through learning, conversation, and shared experience as well as through prayer.
Whoever you are and wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome at Christ Episcopal Church.
Our Ministries And Outreach
At Christ Epsicopal Church, faith is lived through service. Members of our parish actively participate in ministries that care for both our church family and the wider community. These ministries are sustained by volunteers who generously share their time and gifts in service to others.
You can learn more about these and many other opportunities to get involved with
fellowship, outreach, and service on our
Ministries page.
Our Leadership
Clergy and Staff
Christ Church is guided by clergy, staff, and elected lay leaders who work together to support the spiritual life and mission
of the parish.
Our clergy and staff provide leadership in worship, pastoral care, Christian education, music, and parish administration.
Together they support the daily life of the parish and help nurture the spiritual growth of the church community.
