Stars and Stripes Spectacular -June 28

We're deeply committed to the spirit of our past. Enjoy that rich history here.The Stars and Stripes Spectacular, the county’s celebration of Independence Day, will be held next Sunday, June 28. Also, plan on bringing your lawn chair for the firing of the Peninsula Artillery’s Mountain Howitzer cannon behind the Church at 10 AM. You can park in our lot and walk over for all the fun activities during the day, including fireworks after dark. Immediately following the 4:00 PM “Maranatha!” concert that day, there will be tours of the church. Anyone with a costume from Lest We Forget, who would like the help with the tours, please call Elaine Wyant 786-3267. We will be outside of the church before the concert and conduct until 6:30 PM. If you have a costume and don't want to guide a tour, you can be in front of the Church and invite people inside.
