Although the control of the worship in the parish is vested solely in the hands of the Rector, who is subject to the Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Church and the rubrics of the Book of Common Prayer, it is crucial to have the participation of the congregation if the church is to be "a kingdom of priests".

3. Support the ministry of all sub-groups: Choir, Altar Guild, Ushers corps, Acolytes, Lectors and Lay Readers and Lay Eucharistic Ministers.
4. Serve as a council to advise the Rector on matters of liturgical change or the institution of liturgical guidelines.
